Job Overview

The Administrative Officer will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative duties at our schools, from preschool through higher classes. This position ensures that educational facilities are maintained efficiently, providing a safe and conducive learning environment for students and faculty.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Education or a similar field; a post-graduate degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a School Administrator.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes within schools.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in English communication and IT skills.
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Candidates with an Ex-Defense background are preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Principal and General Manager in administrative duties related to PIS & PJK.
  • Handle queries and grievances from parents effectively.
  • Manage and maintain physical infrastructure and facilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive school records.
  • Manage canteen facilities and ensure quality service provision.
  • Liaise with government, external agencies, organizations, and neighboring societies.
  • Oversee facilities management and general administration.
  • Supervise the maintenance of school infrastructure and assets.
  • Organize administrative arrangements for school programs, annual excursions, and field visits.
  • Supervise housekeeping and security functions.
  • Manage essential services such as water and electricity.
  • Coordinate budgets, logistics, events, or meetings within the school premises.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Uniform, Sports, Hobby, Purchase, Maintenance, Medical/First Aid, Fire Fighting Arrangements, and Transport for scheduling as required.
