Male Candidate only with - B Com / M Com background

Job description

· Fees Collection.

· Manage petty cash account.

· Keeping track of all the monitory transactions at the location.

· Entry in tally software.

· Admissions processing.

· Prepare and post journal entries.

· Prepare and analyze account reconciliations and daily-monthly reports.

· Prepare daily deposits of goods sales receipts.

· Provide monthly details to the Accountant at Head Office for General Journal entries.

· Ensure proper recording of new purchases and disposals.

· Prepare correspondence as needed within the department, Filing, etc.

· Assist HR Department with payroll system and payroll-related items.

· Assist the school office for various common responsibilities such as school uniforms, books & stationery, events in the school, etc.

· Other allied work.

· Co-coordinating with HR in processing EPF

Ensure that all administrative duties, checks, documentation, reports, and returns (internal and external) are completed accurately and submitted within the required deadlines
