Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager (AM) Operations-Inbound Sales with a background in BPO Sales to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing inbound sales operations to drive revenue and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the inbound sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from inbound leads.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to drive their performance.
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to improve overall customer experience.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set targets, and provide feedback to team members.
