Job Overview

PMaps is seeking a mid-level Presales Consultant to join our team in Delhi. This full-time, hybrid role involves collaborating closely with sales and technical teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our innovative assessment technologies and tailored client solutions, ensuring prospects' needs are understood and addressed effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with an ability to analyze datasets and generate insights for presales activities.
  • Previous experience in technical presentations, showcasing the ability to communicate complex ideas succinctly to varied audiences.
  • Sound IT background, with an understanding of SaaS platforms, digital assessments, and related technologies relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling quick and strategic thinking when addressing client queries and challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being highly self-reliant.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or operations fields will be advantageous for understanding client needs.
  • Passion for innovation in recruitment technology and enhancing the hiring experience through strategic assessments.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor assessment solutions appropriately.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of PMaps’ products and competitors to position solutions effectively.
  • Provide consultation and advice to clients on assessment methodologies and best practices.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure assessments are customized according to client specifications.
  • Participate in post-sales transitions to ensure a seamless handover to the client success team.
  • Continuously gather client feedback to inform future product enhancements and innovations.
  • Assist in developing presales materials including presentations, proposals, and reports to support business development efforts.
