About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Test Design & Functional Consultant for our PMaps EVA Assessment platform. The role involves designing psychometric and skill-based assessments, calibrating and validating test items, and providing functional consultation to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Design:
• Create psychometric, aptitude, and skill-based test designs tailored to client requirements.
• Develop test blueprints, question banks, and scoring mechanisms.
• Ensure test content aligns with industry standards and job role competencies.
• Calibration & Validation:
• Analyze test performance data to calibrate question difficulty and discrimination.
• Conduct pilot testing and item analysis to refine assessment tools.
• Work with the data science team to ensure statistical validity and reliability.
• Functional Consulting:
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the PMaps EVA Assessment platform.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and implementation teams to ensure successful deployment.
• Client Support & Training:
• Train clients and internal stakeholders on using the EVA Assessment platform.
• Provide ongoing support and suggest best practices for assessment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in assessment design, psychometrics, or functional consulting.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SPSS/R, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SaaS-based assessment platforms (preferred).
• Understanding of IRT, Classical Test Theory, or similar validation frameworks (preferred).
