In-store Marketing

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees. 



  • Other responsibilities related to Sales and Marketing initiatives as identified by the organization / management
  • Support for Account Management
  • People Management
  • Auditing team and their work on a daily / weekly basis
  • Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Assign work on a daily / weekly basis, based on the inputs received from the Sales team and Fabricators
  • Monitor, check, and Verify the quotations as submitted by team
  • Monitor, check, and verity the cross section drawings and check for alignment vis-à-vis the quotation submitted
  • Monitor, check and verify the wind load calculations
  • Verify and timely submissions of bills and invoices
  • Responsible for Implementation of all activities involved in the process at the 'Enquiry', 'Order Received'; and Execution stages for Window orders received by the Organization
  • Responsible for the Coaching and Mentoring of his / her team members and ensure Diligence to approved process


  • Graduate (B tech) - Mechanical or Civil Engineering / Any graduate
