ROLES & RESPONSIBILITYS: 

• Validation of PR and PO with reference to check points as per the company standard. 

• While validating if there is any mismatch found, block the PR and inform the requester for the necessary 

correction. 

• Negotiate with suppliers for getting best pricing. RFI, RFP, RFQ’s. Analysis of the quotes and preparation for 

comparison. 

• In high priority cases involved in creation, blocking and unblocking the vendor. 

• Deleting the vendor master record and pulling the vendor master record. 

• Manual creation of PO from the approved PR. 

• Following up with the vendor to get order acknowledgement and on time delivery of the material on priority 

basis through mail or phone. 

• Amending the existing PO in the time of need. 

• Monitoring the pending and delivered PO. 

• Create and issue PO for the selected supplier by tagging contract to PO. 

• Pulling the report for the handled PO. 

• Responsible for material planning and required inventory management for day to day production. 

• Responsible for order placement, material replenishment and supply/demand. 

• Maintaining the daily, weekly, monthly tracker of PR to PO conversion. 

• Handling the queries related to PR, inventory department 

• Taking necessary action to replace rejected material (return PO) and resolving material post-delivery issues.
