RFI, RFP, RFQ’s. Analysis of the quotes and preparation forcomparison.• In high priority cases involved in creation, blocking and unblocking the vendor.• Deleting the vendor master record and pulling the vendor master record.• Manual creation of PO from the approved PR.• Following up with the vendor to get order acknowledgement and on time delivery of the material on prioritybasis through mail or phone.• Amending the existing PO in the time of need.• Monitoring the pending and delivered PO.• Create and issue PO for the selected supplier by tagging contract to PO.• Pulling the report for the handled PO.• Responsible for material planning and required inventory management for day to day production.• Responsible for order placement, material replenishment and supply/demand.• Maintaining the daily, weekly, monthly tracker of PR to PO conversion.• Handling the queries related to PR, inventory department• Taking necessary action to replace rejected material (return PO) and resolving material post-delivery issues.
