Responsibilities:

• Design and edit expert level PowerPoint presentations. editing/creation, extensive graphing and charting in Excel, and general desktop publishing duties.
• Assist marketing team members with their graphics/design and video requests for email, social media, events, and PR campaigns etc.
• Ensure client presentations have no errors and design is completed with care, with thorough Quality Checks and following instructions.
• Time management: Work smartly to meet output deadlines.
• Develop visually appealing infographics, templates, and layouts to enhance the effectiveness of presentations.
• Responsible for creating graphics like social media posts, cover pictures, infographics, logos, and short videos by using Adobe suite for both Print & digital.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a presentation specialist, graphic designer, or visual designer.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Office Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Highly organized
• Experience in graphic design or visual communications
