JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handling Inwards Trucks & Materials - Direct, Indirect & Imports Material.

Ø Inward Documents collection from all the docks and Generating GRN (manual, Barcode & OTS)

Ø Maintain HHT scanning machine & printer for GRN operations.

Ø Sorting of all the documents, cross checking and Filing.

Ø KPI board update and improvement activity.

Ø Daily Transport plan- Arrange for daily collection as per the priority.

Ø communicating with vendors for everyday material collection

Ø Monthly inventory verification.

Ø Preparing necessary dispatch documents like Bar code labels,E-WAY BILL.

Ø Interacting with Vendors regarding documents errors and issue resolving.

Ø Discussing with purchase planners on PO issues.

Ø Manual DC for dispatch.

Ø Acknowledged Delivery Challan conformation into the data base by Updating LR number

Ø Everyday follow up to maintain Min-Max stock in sto
