Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager. The successful candidate will meet our customer

acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The candidate (Mumbai/ Bengaluru based) will be responsible

for delivery and implementation of revenue growth strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall

business strategy.

As a key part of the role, the candidate will be required to set up world-class systems and processes and

increase the workforce solutions branch network.

Main activities involved:

 Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

 Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

 Following up with new business opportunities and setting up the meetings, with regards to our

products (Facility management, Manned Guarding services, Outsourcing, Engineering)

 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

 Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

 Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

 Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

 Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Qualifications & Required skills:

 Minimum 5 years of experience in the FM/BFSI/Service field.

 Degree holder

 Excellent written and spoken English competency.

 Track record in working and managing direct reportees.

 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 Successful track record of managing within a capital and operating budget accounting framework.

 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
