Position Overview:

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Specialist/Lead to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves creating compelling motion graphics and video content that aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, a strong creative vision, and the ability to deliver high-quality content while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Motion Graphics & Video Production:

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for a variety of formats, including social reels, advertisements, customer education videos, and product walkthroughs.

• Create original motion graphics assets (e.g., lower-thirds, title cards, cinemagraphs, and animations) for use across digital platforms.

• Incorporate shoot footage, stock media, product UI representations, and AI-generated images to produce compelling content.

• Handle the end-to-end video production process—pre-production, production, and post-production.

• Develop storyboards and animatics based on concepts, outlines, and scripts.

2. Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with content writers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to deliver on creative briefs.

• Clearly articulate creative ideas and solutions while maintaining consistency with brand identity.

• Provide regular project updates to internal teams and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

3. Project Management & Quality Control:

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, adhere to brand guidelines, and are delivered on time.

• Manage video assets and follow best practices for file organization and version control.

• Work within defined budget and timeline parameters while maintaining high production value.

4. Innovation & Trend Analysis:

• Stay up to date with motion graphics and video production trends, and suggest new ways to incorporate emerging technologies.

• Experiment with new techniques and tools to push creative boundaries and enhance the visual experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Software Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Knowledge of videography and camera techniques is a plus.

• Experience with Adobe Firefly and Substance 3D is good to have.

• Creative & Technical Abilities:

• Strong understanding of motion design principles, shot composition, and lighting fundamentals.

• Ability to develop storyboards, animatics, and deliver final polished videos.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Collaboration & Communication:

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a hybrid team environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly.

• Open to constructive feedback and capable of refining creative deliverables accordingly.

• Project Management:

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and deliver within tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to scope work accurately and meet project milestones.

Educational & Professional Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Communications, Fine Arts, Animation, Film, Broadcasting, or related fields.

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing (creative agency experience preferred).
