Role -

As a Product Advisor, you will make sales calls and close sales pitches with our members. To be a successful Product Advisor, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing Product Advisor follows sales scripts and demonstrates exceptional communication, and negotiation skills, and delivers a great customer experience.


What you will do in this role

1. Call existing customers to make sales pitches for paid memberships.

2. Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.

3. Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

4. Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities.


What you should have

1. 1 year of relevant experience in Sales or Telesales.

2. Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.

3. Effective communication skills – verbal and written.

4. Clear diction and clarity in speech.
