WFO, 5 days a week and Basavangudi as work location

• strong relationships with internal stake holders and hiring managers to understand their business goals and hiring needs.
• Regularly communicate with hiring managers to provide updates on the mandate closures and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
• Strong experience with recruitment life cycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate the decision-making process.
• Experience on Vendor management skill is an added advantage
• Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for future client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the performance

 Qualifications:

1. BE/Btech or any computer degree
2. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
3. Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
