Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior L&D Manager specializing in B2B and B2C sectors to join our Bangalore Urban office. This full-time role requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. The L&D Manager will play a crucial role in designing and implementing learning and development strategies that cater to both our B2B and B2C clients, enhancing skills and ensuring progressive learning within the organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven revenue driven strategies to run the B2B and B2C training programs
  • Excellent communication skills that facilitate clear, concise, and effective delivery of training modules, presentations, and feedback.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive L&D programs targeted at both B2B clients and launch B2C programs to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of learning strategies with business objectives across various domains.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the L&D team, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence.
  • Identify and address training needs through innovative solutions that enhance employee skills and contribute to professional growth.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to enhance the diversity and quality of L&D initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the L&D programs provided.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track training outcomes and effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as necessary.
