We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team and boost the sales of our Sales Automation Suite. This suite is designed to help Ceramic, Manufacturing, and Trading businesses manage their sales, CRM, and business operations from a single platform.


Your role will be:

Convert incoming leads from Just Dial, IndiaMART, and similar platforms into paying customers.

Generate new leads from different sources like LinkedIn, Google search, and local business directories.

Approach business owners (Ceramic, Manufacturing, Traders, etc.), give product demos, and convert them into customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets through lead conversion and follow-ups.

Maintain records in the CRM and ensure proper follow-ups.

Educate businesses about how our Sales Automation Suite can increase their revenue and streamline operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Handle incoming leads from Just Dial, IndiaMART, and other lead platforms and close sales.

Cold Outreach: Find new leads from LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp groups, etc., and pitch them the product.

Product Demonstration: Explain the benefits of our Sales Automation Suite to business owners and convert them into customers.

Sales Closure: Follow up with leads until they become paying customers.

Revenue Growth: Consistently work towards increasing revenue by closing deals.


Who Should Apply?

1-2 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Tele Sales / CRM Sales / SaaS Sales.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable in generating new leads from Just Dial, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Result-oriented mindset and a hunger to close deals.

Ability to explain software products to business owners (Non-Technical People).

Basic knowledge of CRM / Sales Management Software is a plus.

Experience in selling software solutions for Ceramic, Manufacturing, and Trading industries is a bonus.
