Role overview-
We are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of B2B sales, eager to engage with potential clients, nurture leads, and contribute to Pay3’s expansion. You will play a critical role in growing our customer base by identifying and engaging prospective businesses, understanding their payment needs, and positioning Pay3 as their preferred payments partner.
Key Responsibilities-
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify potential customers through emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Product Pitching: Clearly articulate Pay3’s value proposition to prospects, addressing pain points and business needs.
- Follow-ups & Engagement: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and schedule demo calls with the sales team.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in fintech and payments.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements-
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role in payments, SaaS, or digital commerce.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification processes.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage C-level decision-makers.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
