Cash Flow Management


1.     Preparation of Cash Flow Management

2.    Forecast daily cash requirements and execute financing decisions

3.    Variance analysis of actual cash flow vis-à-vis planned cash flow

4.    Cash flow forecast for next one month, one quarter and one year on rolling basis, by anticipating incoming cash and outgoing commitments for each project / company

5.    Maintain balance sheet and P&L statement

6.    Ensure overall health of financial operations with efficient debt repayment strategy and surplus distribution plan

 

Treasury Operations


1.    Prepare and review monthly treasury report and present it to the top management

2.    Ensure timely monthly closure of books relating to treasury

3.    Fulfilment of KYC requirements at group level

4.    Working capital management – proactive interaction with Accounts receivable team and strategic account payable management to ensure healthy stakeholder management

 

Banking


1.    Manage funds across banks

2.    Prepare monthly Treasury reports

 3.    Develop and maintain positive relationships with bankers and lenders

4.    Liaison with bank for renewal/addition of bank limits, both fund based and non-fund based, including construction finance, term loans, structure products etc.

5.    Review and finalize the credit facility terms sheet and other related documentation with banks

6.    Evaluate new proposals offered by the banks, review the related documents and assess the benefit to the Company

7.    Effective use of surplus in account, ensuring interest receipt vide any money market fund

 

MIS

1.    Control, compliance, reporting, independent preparation of MIS

2.     Overall financial analysis and reporting for the individual companies

3.    Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS) at project level and company level as well

4.    Preparation and presentation of entity wise financial analysis (PPT) for each division for monthly/Quarterly meets

5.    Provide Variance analysis report of actuals against annual budget plan to the management

6.    Active use of Far-vision ERP to generate MIS report as well and manage Accounts payable

 

Qualifications and skills


1.    Qualified CA/ICWA/MBA- Finance with 6 – 8 years of total work experience in service industry

2.    Experience in Real Estate Industry would be beneficial

3.    Excellent analytical and decision making abilities

4.    Well organized and reliable

5.    Ability to work independently

6.    Ability to represent the group

7.    Candidates based out of Mumbai to apply
