Primary Responsibilities:

HR Operations/Recruitment/Leave Management:

▪ Handled day-to-day HR activities in coordination with Technical departments.

▪ Coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

▪ Screening resumes and short listing the relevant profiles

▪ Scheduling the interviews of the prospective candidates.

▪ Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

▪ Sourcing Resumes from various channels such as referencing, company’s own database, Job Portals

i.e. Naukri, Monster and networking tools such as LinkedIn, Hirect.

▪ Following up on the interview process status

▪ Conducting Walk–in for bulk fresher hiring

▪ Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

▪ Conducting Joining & exit Formalities along with exit interview process.

▪ Generating Offer, Appointment, Experience, reliving Letters.

▪ Maintaining a high level of administrative and operational processes and manage an efficient HR employee


▪ Taken ownership of the HR Operations policies, processes and ensure they are aligned properly.

▪ Managing the Attendance and Leave Management

▪ Maintaining PF additions and removals along with Medical Insurance data management.


▪ Joining Formalities

▪ HR Process Administration

▪ Leave Management

▪ Maintaining Personal files

▪ Exit Formalities

▪ Recruitment

A HR professional with experience of 3 years in Pre, Post Recruitment Process & HR Operations.

▪ Comprehensive knowledge on HR Recruitment, HR Operations.

▪ Experience in Releasing Offer letters & Appointment letters

▪ Experience in handling Technical Domestic Requirements.

▪ Experience in Employee Grievance Handling.

▪ Updating Company Policies on Timely basis.

▪ HR Process Documentation.

▪ Providing Company Induction for new joiners.

▪ Handling Employee Joining & Exit Formalities.

▪ Maintaining Document folder structure (Electronic & Physical).

▪ Handling Employee Engagement activities.

▪ Coordinating product trainings for new employees

▪ Coordinating and directing work activities for managers and employees

▪ Ensuring managers and new employees are properly connected

▪ Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about

Salary : Based on your Previous CTC.

§ Timing : 6:30pm-3:30am [Night Shift ]

§ Interview Mode : Face -To-Face

§ Completely Work from Office.

§ Office Location : Hyderabad
