We at Panzer Technologies are hiring for a Business DevelopmentManager (ONLY FROM STAFFING INDUSTRY) who should perform the roles & responsibilities below.

Eligibility Criteria:

ü A qualified candidate must have min 2+ years of experience in Business Development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

ü Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

ü Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

ü Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

ü Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

ü Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

ü Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

ü Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

ü Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

ü Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

ü Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ü Suggesting innovative ways to market and place candidates.

ü Must be a good team player and result driven.
