Timings:               6:30PM TO 3:30AM

Preferred :               MALE/FEMALE

Interview Mode:    Walk In ,Face To Face

Note :          Completely Work from Office & Night shift

Salary :      Fresher salary:15000-17000+ incentives

Experienced salary: based on there previous salary

Hike :   3% recurring incentives per placement

Hike after 3 months based upon performance

Qualification:  Any graduate, Fresher’s or Experience can apply,

About the role : Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates & Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.

Responsibilities : 

·       Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.

·       Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

·       Work on strategic global hiring programs.

     Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit                       for the organization

·       Procure people for different IT Requirements.

·       Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.

·       Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.

·       In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.

·       Keeping abreast of the industry trends
