Job Responsibilities: Handle Incoming Communications: Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential customers. Provide prompt and professional responses to queries.Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Liaise with internal departments (such as production, shipping, and logistics) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues effectively and efficiently. Maintain regular communication with customers to keep them updated on orderDocumentation Management: Prepare and maintain all relevant sales documents, including quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping records.
