JOB ROLES AND RESPONSINILITY:

The candidate should be able to handle the following activities: -

·        Develop preliminary design concepts.

·        Prepare Design 3D models, 2D drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and all design-related documentation or reports.

·        Prepare Machining drawing and issue them.

·        Knowledge of threading, tolerances, types of connections etc.

·        Perform Design calculations and Preparation of Design Packages as per product standards & codes.

·        Preparation of Bill of Materials against customer requirements.

·        Should have knowledge of Industry standard API, ASME, ASTM, BS, EN, PED Directive etc.

·        Design modifications to comply with customer or project specifications.

·        Familiar with user specifications like IOGP, Norsok, Shell, BP, Total, SLB, B&V, etc.

·        Liaison with Quality Dept. for Product Certification requirements

·        To design and implement a testing facility for new products
