Skills
· Complete ISO/IMS Function, internal audits, surveillance Audit, Periodic Audits. Preparing and updating Quality manuals and procedure manual from time to time.
· Assigning work to QC staff, and preparing rotations chart, shift chart.
· Inward inspection, In-process inspection *(Stage wise), Final inspection, Assembly, Testing.
· Coordinate with Third Party Inspectors (TPIs) for the inspection and testing.
· Periodic calibration of measuring instruments.
· Testing witness and performing various test like hydro, pneumatic, etc from time to time.
· Preparing Documents for vendor registration, Documents required by Marketing team, Documents for top management.
· Documentation of new product developed.
· Coordination with external agencies for product certification, Type test certificates, etc.
· Periodic review rejection, rework, production, first piece inspection and other quality related registers.
· Trouble shooting and resolving quality related issues across complete supply chain, manufacturing and post sales.
· Monthly MIS report covering all facets of QC/QC.
· Vendor Assessments
· Handling special projects from inception to final execution.

Minimum Qualification - BE Mechanical
Experience - Minimum 8-10 years
Industry - Fittings, Valves, mechanical products
Must have knowledge of various threads, Standards and willing to learn new products.
