Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information to generate sales.

  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a professional and positive approach during calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil (Hindi preferred).
  • Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Level-headed and serious attitude towards work.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
