The role ensures customer satisfaction, seller retention, logistics coordination, and sales support. <h3>🛠 Key Responsibilities</h3> <h4>1. Customer Support (Buyers)</h4><ul><li>Handle inbound calls for order queries, refunds, and delivery updates.</li><li>Make outbound calls for delayed deliveries, complaint resolutions, and post-delivery confirmations.</li><li>Collect customer feedback &amp; testimonials through phone.</li><li>Escalate unresolved cases to management.</li></ul> <h4>2.
