Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Laser Machine Operator for a full-time position located in Malappuram. As a Junior position, candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role demands precision in operation and maintenance of laser machines, ensuring the production of top-notch products in line with our ISO 9000:2018 standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in CNC programming to efficiently configure and control laser cutting operations (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in laser cutting techniques to ensure precision and quality in product manufacturing (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to optimize material cutting processes for maximum efficiency and minimal waste.
• Experience in performing regular machine maintenance to prevent disruptions in production.
• Knowledge of safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
• Strong attention to detail to identify and troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding task requirements.
• Problem-solving skills to enhance efficiency and resolve any technical issues promptly.
