Working closely with nutritionists and food experts, Open Secret offers a thoughtfully curated range of local and Un-Junked brands and products which are available across various channels.

About the CEO and Co-Founder :

Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and evaluate suppliers of dry fruits and nuts, both domestically and internationally.

- Identify and evaluate suppliers of dry fruits and nuts, both domestically and internationally.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery of products.

- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Procurement Operations :

- Plan and execute the procurement process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring optimal inventory levels.

- Coordinate with internal departments, such as production and sales, to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.

- Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of dry fruits and nuts, and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.

Required Experience :

- Proven 2-3 years of experience in Nuts and Dry Fruits procurement.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
