Job Description -


We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage the

customer service and after-sales support.



Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:


- Giving Support to Clients .

- Resolving clients issues .

- Giving  Product Demos to Clients via  online & face to face .

- Providing the new employees with product training sessions for enhancing their skills.

- Scheduling campaigns .

- Knowledge of CRM systems.

- Updating backend & support related sheets .

- Preparing Product Manuals .



Skills Required -


  • - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills .
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-oriented individual.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
