Job Requirements for Anodizing Plant Manager:

Education and Experience:

·       A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, materials science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in anodizing operations may be considered.

·       Proven experience in anodizing operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the anodizing process, equipment, and quality control.

·       Minimum of - 3 years of experience in the same field. 

·       Age group no Bar 

Knowledge of Anodizing Processes:

·       In-depth knowledge of anodizing processes, including various types of anodizing (e.g., sulfuric acid anodizing, chromic acid anodizing), process parameters, and best practices.

·       Familiarity with chemical baths, surface preparation, anodized coating thickness measurement, and quality inspection techniques.

Leadership and Management Skills:

·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of employees effectively.

·       Experience in managing and developing personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and addressing any performance issues.

·       Ability to delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and ensure a productive and harmonious work environment.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

·       Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and inspection techniques to ensure consistent and high-quality anodized coatings.

·       Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.

·       Familiarity with root cause analysis, problem-solving techniques, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Safety and Environmental Compliance:

·       Thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to anodizing operations.

·       Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements, including waste management, pollution control, and proper handling of hazardous materials.

·       Knowledge of Chemical disposal policies of the government

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
