Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth production flows and timely deliveries.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary process changes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shortages.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet quality standards and compliance regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing production efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Manage workflow schedules and adjust plans to accommodate any unforeseen changes in production requirements.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to production activities and present them to management for review.
