We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for our electroplating operations. The role is based in Gurgaon, and previous experience in the electroplating industry is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electroplating production processes, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure highest standards are met and maintained during production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Regularly review production performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the production process.
• Train and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in managing electroplating production processes, with a deep understanding of industry practices and standards.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a production team, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.
