Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Gurgaon. As a full-time position, the role requires a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. You'll be instrumental in crafting visually engaging designs that contribute to both our clients' and company's growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop aesthetic and functional designs for both print and digital media in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to produce engaging visual content and graphics.
• Interpret client needs and deliver creative solutions that align with project specifications and requirements.
• Work on various design projects such as brochures, websites, advertisements, and social media content.
• Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Take responsibility for proofing designs and evaluating for errors prior to printing or publishing.
• Stay updated with industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the table and keep designs fresh.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of designs and content.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content and graphics.
• Experience with Figma for designing and prototyping digital interfaces and user experiences.
• Proven ability to use Sketch to develop innovative design solutions and collaborative projects.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator for vector graphic design and illustration creation.
• Understanding of UI/UX Design principles to create user-friendly digital products.
• Solid grasp of typography to effectively communicate brand narratives and information.
• Experience in prototyping for interactive and engaging user experiences.
• Ability in motion graphics to produce animated content for multimedia use.
