Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • The ideal should be an astute, moderate senior person from the Commercial Kitchen industry who is from the procurement / sourcing and estimation background, technically sound due to our diversified , extensive product portfolio to offer, who can liason with different suppliers, get the prices for new tenders, negotiate the best prices, work along with sales for tender submission, brand options selection as per tender specs and its requirement, liasoning with consultant for technical clarifications/options etc. Also perform sourcing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality as per BOQ / MAS approval, best possible payment terms and delivery timeline. He also analyzes technical and commercial data based on the responses received-iterates with bidders, recommending those most desirable using tools like bid comparison tables/ BOQs. On approval, the Procurement Engineer issues the Purchase Order, tracks and expedites the supply, handles Inspections and delivery to site.
  • Tender documents evaluation, BOQ analysis, Request for prices from the respective suppliers indigenous and globally brands as per Tender BOQ / Specs Analyze the prices vis-à-vis tender speces and prepare the tender BOQ sheet for review and tender submission.

  • Re-work on various options, VE propostion as per consultant guideline and client expectation in line with their budget.
  • Develop relationship with all existing suppliers, adding more suppliers base for offering various options in tender
  • Negotiate the best payment terms, warranty support, contract conditions from the suppliers and maintaining high level of integrity. Negotiate the best prices, delivery in line with project completion plan, prepare cost benefit analysis for manager approval before issuing of purchase order
  • Identification of all requirement and ensuring requisition for purchase issued in co-ordination with design department and MAS Approval
  • Arranging of goods inspection time to time / sample evaluation for local pdt if required based on product profile with technical & project management team
  • Lisioan with production, factories wherever applicable in co-ordination with Logistics dept for arranging of timely deliveries at project site,
  • Ensure all the potential suppliers are provided with all technical data, inputs, MAS approved sheet for supplying correct products at site
  • Ensuring scheduled payment plan to local suppliers and delivery of the pdt on time as per site requirement 
  • Maintain the brandwise Imported and local ProjectWise profitability, Order book record and share with the management
  • Coordinate with client / staff and reporting manager for day to day basis.
  • The ideal should be good in communication.


Industry: Commercial kitchen field

Qualification: Diploma/ ITI / Electrical / mechanical

Preferably; Should knowledge for Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Relevant Industry experience only

Experience: 4-7 Years
