Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
  • Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Able to handle the general purchase pertaining to office requirements.
  • Making travel & hotel arrangements of the employees or guests.
  • Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.
  • Liaisoning with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning.
  • Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
  • Arranging food and other necessities as per office requirement.
  • Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
  • Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Providing basic bookkeeping services.
  • Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities

Desired Candidate Profile:-

  • Any Bachelor Degree or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Required at least 2-3 year's experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
