Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & annual Financial Statements as per companies act incompliance with Ind AS and other laws in force.
  • Preparation of Cash Flow Statement to manage the funds in most efficient manner.
  • Co-ordination with Bank for LC opening, LC discounting & working capital limit management.
  • Preparation of budgeting & monthly costing and variance analysis.
  • Preparation of Fixed Assets Register and finalization of depreciation.
  • MIS to management on timely basis.
  • Knowledge of GST works like Monthly returns, Annual returns, reply of notices from departments, reconciliation of GSTR-2B with Books, GSTR-3B with GSTR-1, etc.
  • Assist in Income Tax related matters like TDS returns, Income tax assessment and reply of notices.
  • Interaction with auditors for closing of audit and handling queries of Internal auditor, statutory auditor & cost auditor, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

  • Idea Candidate should be qualified Chartered Accountant/CMA.
  • Candidate must be proficient in excel, Pivot Table, data analytical skills and be self-motivated with leadership qualities. 
  • Experience in an MNC or big four firm is preferred.
  • Candidate would be from chemical / bulk drug industry is preferable.
