Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Career Counselor to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time position where you will guide students and young professionals through their career paths, helping them make informed decisions that align with their aspirations. The position requires strong skills in career assessment, student counseling, and educational guidance, all of which are mandatory for this role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in career assessment with a deep understanding of evaluating students' aptitudes and interests (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive experience in student counseling, with the ability to provide personalized advice and guidance (Mandatory skill).
• Profound knowledge in educational guidance, including course selection and academic planning (Mandatory skill).
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex information to students and stakeholders.
• Experience in inside sales, with the ability to counsel and convert potential leads into actions.
• Proficiency in direct sales to guide students in selecting the best educational paths and career options.
• Strong data management skills to track student progress and maintain confidential records responsibly.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to identify career goals and provide tailored advice to students.
• Develop and implement comprehensive educational and career plans for students seeking guidance.
• Evaluate student profiles through career assessments and recommend suitable academic paths.
• Collaborate with educational institutions and stakeholders to facilitate student placements and opportunities.
• Drive inside and direct sales efforts to help students choose appropriate courses and programs.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress using data management tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in education and career opportunities to provide current advice.
• Organize workshops and seminars to educate students about various career possibilities and skill development.
