Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be responsible for driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships. This full-time position requires expertise in lead generation, market research, and marketing activities to expand our company's presence and impact.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation (Mandatory skill) with the ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities effectively.
- Strong market research skills (Mandatory skill) to analyze industry trends and identify key growth areas.
- Experience in ATL/BTL marketing activity (Mandatory skill) to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Ability to execute outreach activity to attract potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
- Solid client engagement skills to build and maintain robust relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and requirements.
- Adept in establishing strategic partnerships that foster business growth and create long-term value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and outreach activities.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends and identify potential growth areas.
- Develop and execute marketing activities, including ATL/BTL strategies, to effectively promote our brand.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals and objectives.
