Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Telesales Executive to join our team at OMSPS Global Tech Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, spanning Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural areas. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience in telesales or a related field, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our financial services sector.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 12th candidates with telesales experience are also accepted. Candidates with experience in financial services are preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is essential for managing customer data and tracking sales processes effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling is crucial to effectively reach out to potential clients and expand customer base.
  • Strong skills in objection handling are necessary to address customer concerns and turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital to convey information clearly and build rapport with clients.
  • In-depth product knowledge is required to provide accurate information and confidently promote financial solutions.
  • Proven ability in lead generation to identify and cultivate new sales opportunities effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads and conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about financial service offerings using scripts.
  • Answer questions about products or the company with detailed and accurate information.
  • Handle customer objections and provide viable solutions to address their concerns.
  • Engage in negotiations to close sales agreements effectively and meet company objectives.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system meticulously.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Follow up on leads diligently and ensure a high conversion rate from prospect to client.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop sales strategies and follow up on business leads and referrals.
