Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team at our Bangalore location. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CRM Software, Cold Calling, and Lead Generation, with a passion for connecting with potential clients and driving sales success in the financial sector. Candidates with experience in DSA and Banking background will be preferred.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM Software (Mandatory skill) to efficiently manage customer interactions and update status regularly.
  • Experience in Cold Calling (Mandatory skill) to reach potential clients and introduce them to our financial services.
  • Ability to generate leads (Mandatory skill) to identify potential customers and expand the client base effectively.
  • Strong objection handling skills to address potential client concerns and provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate financial services and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for closing sales deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer value.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retain business.
  • Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and tailor financial solutions accordingly.
  • 12th candidates with telesales experience are also accepted.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers, introducing the company's financial services and generating interest.
  • Utilize CRM Software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and update information timely.
  • Generate new sales leads through outbound sales calls and additional strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for lead generation through various channels and outreach strategies.
  • Apply effective objection handling techniques to address customer hesitations and close sales deals.
  • Develop sales strategies and follow up on business leads and referrals.
  • Meet sales targets consistently to contribute to the team’s overall success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continuous business and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide detailed information about financial products tailored to the client's needs and interests.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market-related insights for strategic decision-making.
