We are seeking a Junior Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills
- 12th candidates with telesales experience are also accepted.
- Candidates with experience in financial services are preferred.
- Looking for immediate joiners.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking and managing customer interactions and data efficiently.
- Strong understanding and application of cold calling techniques for engaging potential customers.
- Experience in lead generation and converting leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Excellent active listening skills to effectively understand and address client needs and concerns.
- Highly persuasive communication skills, capable of influencing customer decisions and building rapport.
- Solid negotiation skills to facilitate mutually beneficial agreements and close sales deals.
- Proven ability in objection handling to address client hesitations and convert them into buying signals.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.

- Reach and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
