We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of IT Projects to lead and oversee our technology initiatives including website development, mobile app development, and other custom software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent client-facing skills, and a proven track record of delivering

high-end IT projects for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects across web, app, and custom platforms

- Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets

- Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness

- Establish and manage project KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for the team

- Client Engagement & Proposal Management

- Engage with international clients to understand their business and technical requirements

- Prepare detailed proposals, estimates, and timelines with clear deliverables

- Conduct technical discussions and project presentations with clients

- Team Management

- Manage, mentor, and build a capable in-house IT team

- Conduct performance reviews and ensure upskilling across technology areas

- Ensure optimal utilization and resource allocation

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 8+ years of proven experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., PHP, Python, React, Node.js, Flutter, etc.)

- Excellent communication and client handling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical discussions

- Experience working with international clients (preferably US, UK, Europe, Middle East)

Preferred Attributes

- Certifications like PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent

- Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.)

- Strong documentation and reporting skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities
