Job Summary :The profile is responsible for accounting for business transactions, reporting thereof and varioustax and regulatory compliances besides acting as the SPOC for external agencies. Key Tasks: 1. Finance –<ul><li> Responsible for banking relationships and compliances required by Banks</li><li>Coordinate with overseas finance team for strategy and implementation</li><li>Prepare finance plan for new business projects and transactions and ensure end-to-end execution</li></ul> 2. Accounting –<ul><li>Responsible for day-to-day accounting for business transactions ensuring accurate expense and revenue booking in SAP and managing team for the same</li><li>Review of bank reconciliations</li><li> Update standard cost, cost sheets, transport cost on period basis</li></ul>3. Taxation –<ul><li> Developing and maintaining tax plans, compliance procedures and risk assessment frameworks, to ensure effective tax management</li><li>Managing and overseeing the filing of regular tax returns, including income tax and GST</li><li>Identifying, tracking and reporting any potential financial risks or issues and implement appropriate solutions</li></ul> 4.
