About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategy, distribution, and analytics, with proven experience in working with Online Travel Agents (OTAs), Hotel Chains, managing key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a sharp business mind, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach to work closely with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and other distribution partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align revenue goals.
  • Prepare and review detailed revenue forecasts and performance reports.
  • Drive inventory and pricing optimization across channels.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, with a strong understanding of P&L statements.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and digital distribution channels.
  • Experience with revenue management systems and tools.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and P&L statements.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
