Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position at the executive level within our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties, including providing guest services and support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in guest handling to ensure a superior level of guest service and satisfaction.
- Solid experience in guest services and the ability to address and resolve various guest queries effectively.
- Proficient in reception duties, including managing calls, welcoming guests, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Must have knowledge of hotel management principles and practices to manage daily operations smoothly.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Capability to work in a team as well as independently to achieve the desired results.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and hotel management software is required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as they arrive and ensure a seamless and pleasant check-in and check-out process.
- Respond to guest queries promptly and efficiently, addressing any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and organized environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities are prepared for guests.
- Monitor and manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations proficiently using hotel management software.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure all necessary materials are readily available.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings.
- Assist in administrative tasks as required, including handling correspondence and preparing reports.
