Job Title: HR Executive
Company & Position Overview:
Oizom is a leading solution provider in the Environmental Monitoring Domain. Oizom solutions are used in Smart cities, Industries, Landfills, and Airports where critical decisions are made based on Environmental-Data.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive work culture, improving employee satisfaction, and promoting a sense of belonging and camaraderie among our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
● Attendance Management & Leave Management.
● Welcoming the New Joinee to the team & performing all the formalities.
● Opening bank accounts of New Joinees.
● Designing,planning, and executing various employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, wellness programs, recognition events, and employee appreciation activities.
● Interacting with team members to know the organizational culture & areas for improvement.
● Develop communication strategies to promote employee engagement initiatives and events effectively.
● Utilize various communication channels, such as email, newsletters, intranet, and social media platforms, to increase awareness and participation among employees.
● Plan, organize, and execute various employee engagement events, such as holiday parties, team outings, volunteer activities, and milestone celebrations.
● Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful and memorable events.
● Other HR related functions as & when as per the company requirement.
Qualifications:
● Should have work experience of 1-3 Years.
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on employee engagement, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
● Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills, with a passion for developing engaging and impactful employee programs and initiatives.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
