Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Oizom is a leading solution provider in the Environmental Monitoring Domain. Oizom solutions are used in Smart cities, Industries, Landfills, and Airports where critical decisions are made based on Environmental-Data.The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence. This role involves creating engaging content, developing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our social media strategies align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms.

●      Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and sponsored posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

●      Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and adapt strategies to increase engagement, reach, and followers.

●      Maintain and update website content using CMS, ensuring consistency in structure, visuals, and brand alignment.

●      Monitor website performance metrics and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure uptime and reliability.

●      Develop and implement keyword strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.

●      Optimize web content to drive traffic and enhance user experience.

●      Use tools like GA4, GTM, and Microsoft Clarity to track user behavior and campaign performance.

●      Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

●      Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure unified messaging and support for digital initiatives.

Qualifications

●      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

●      Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing or social media management.

Skills:

○ Creativity to craft compelling content ideas and campaigns.

○ Proficiency in website CMS and digital tools for performance tracking.

○ Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.

○ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
