We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to help us create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our ERP solutions.

Job Overview:

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality documentation, including user guides, training materials, and online help content. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and customer support teams to ensure our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for various users, from technical professionals to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, installation guides, release notes, FAQs, and online help documentation for ERP software.

●    Develop training materials, including video scripts, knowledge base articles, and quick-start guides.

●    Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly content.

●    Ensure all documentation adheres to style guides, industry standards, and best practices.

●    Continuously update content to reflect software updates, new features, and industry trends.

●    Work with UX/UI designers to create in-app documentation and tooltips to enhance user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

●    Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

●    At least 1-2 years of experience in technical writing.

●    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

●    Ability to write clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical users.

●    Experience with documentation and video creation tools.

●    Familiarity with basic programming concepts.

●    Excellent interviewing, and information-gathering skills.

●    Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

●    Knowledge of content management systems and e-learning platforms is an advantage.
