Position: IT Recruiter
Qualification: MBA, BBA, or relevant field
Experience: 2-5 Years
Location: Indore
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize various job portals, social media, and networking platforms to attract top IT talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and design effective hiring
strategies.
• Conduct technical screenings and evaluate candidates for cultural and skill fit.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, headhunting, and
employee referrals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices in IT
recruitment.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Skills Required
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and skills (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud,
DevOps, Data Science).
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS software.
• Ability to conduct Boolean searches and use advanced sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to assess candidate fit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
