Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales representatives team.

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for monitoring sales metrics, managing the entire sales administration process, and collaborating with various teams to achieve company objectives. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to lead and motivate the sales team to reach specific goals. The ultimate goal is to build and maintain a high-performance sales team that ensures excellent customer satisfaction and drives business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage and mentor the inside sales representatives team, ensuring they are motivated, goal-driven, and productive.
  • Sales Targeting: Set, track, and analyze sales targets for your team, ensuring they align with company objectives.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demo Coordination: Coordinate product demos with potential clients and ensure smooth communication between sales and technical teams.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (referrals, outreach, etc.).
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Sales Metrics Reporting: Track, monitor, and report on key sales metrics to assess team performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Research and develop methods to increase customer engagement and retention, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and drive sales growth.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure that sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.
  • Team Communication: Foster an open and transparent communication environment within the sales team.
  • Feedback Utilization: Use customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products, enhancing the customer experience.

Key Skills:

  • Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Numerical aptitude and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
